If you are not 100% satisfied with any recommended product or service, let us know and we will make it right!
Our Commitment To Our Clients
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our services please let us know within 3 days of your appointment.
Please email icuthair@tanglessalon.ca we will redo your service in a timely manner.
If we recommend a product and it is not performing as expected, please bring it back to the salon within 30 days of purchase. We will exchange for a similar product you will love or give you a product credit.
A picture tells 1000 words, it's always a great idea to bring photos of your inspiration beauty service if you have something particular in mind.
