We love our clients and love providing quality beauty services but, when clients cancel or no show it takes valuable staff time away from other clients.
Tangles understands that life happens and sometimes schedules change. Therefore, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
If an appointment is cancelled without 24 hours’ notice, or client is a “No-Show”, we will require a 50% deposit when booking future appointments.
The deposit will be held on your file and will be used towards the service. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. We will do our best to accommodate you during the remainder of the appointment time an express colour service, opting for no wash, or skipping the blow dry may be needed to complete your service.
If a client has 3 no shows we will no longer be able to book an appointment at Tangles .
