We love our clients and love providing quality beauty services. When clients cancel last minute or no show to an appointment, it takes valuable staff time away from other clients and is a financial loss to the staff and the salon.

Tangles understands that life happens and sometimes schedules change. Therefore, we kindly request at least *24 business hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

If an appointment is cancelled without 24 hours’ notice, or client is a “No-Show”, your credit card will be charged 50% of the services that were booked. We will also require a credit card on file for future appointments.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. We will do our best to accommodate you during the remainder of the appointment time an express colour service, opting for no wash, or skipping the blow dry may be needed to complete your service.

If a client has 3 no shows we will no longer be able to book an appointment at Tangles.
